The Project Services Group is an autonomous discipline within Pace Projects, which provides the engineering support service as required on an individual basis. These services range from a relative minor (although significant) progress reporting role on design documentation commissions, to primary procurement, manufacturing and construction functions. The associated functions are also available to clients on a stand-alone basis.
Project Services provided by Pace Projects encompass the following specific services in mechanical/services, civil/structural and electrical/instrumentation engineering projects for the material handling, animal feedmill and general industries.
- Design, fabrication of process machinery
- Material take offs and/or estimating
- Site construction
- Planning/Scheduling/Monitoring and updating progress reports
- Procurement tendering, analysis, recommendation and administration
- Technical writing: reports, manuals, scopes of work, specification
- Advice from an engineering viewpoint on engineering and construction
- Cost planning and control
- Site construction superintendenceDesign and implementation of maintenance systems for new and existing plants
